JOB SUMMARY

This job is responsible for the day-to-day demands associated with the most complex data quality efforts of the organizations Analytic Platform.Manages internal customer relationships, expectations and commitments and acts as the subject matter expert for team in providing guidance and answering questions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the organizational efforts related to the most complex data quality efforts of the Analytic Data Platform.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the users of the Analytic Platform and the source system owners when data issues are discovered.

  • Work with data owners to establish, maintain, and distribute definitions meaningful metrics for identifying and reporting on data anomalies.

  • Provide guidance, oversight and education to quality data analyst team.

  • Manage internal customer relationships, expectations and commitments.

  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Healthcare Informatics or Management Information Systems

Substitutions

  • 6 years progressive and relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor degree

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 7 - 10 years in Data Quality or Data Analytics

Preferred

  • 5 - 7 years in the Healthcare Industry

  • 3 - 5 years in Data Warehousing

  • 3 - 5 years in Database Administration
