JOB SUMMARY

This job works within a self-directed team to research and identify care delivery pain points and assists in development, creation or procurement of new solutions to optimize the care delivery experience and return both health and cost impact. Conducts diverse types of consumer research, synthesizing data/outcomes analytics and discovering patient experience learnings. The incumbent acts as the champion of innovation and human centered design with responsibility for developing and managing communication for the team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform primary and secondary consumer, provider or other customer research to generate new insights in partnership with marketing.

  • Research and analyze the identified problems and barriers to health and support framing the hypotheses to inform solution development.

  • Provide project management expertise to solution development opportunities with internal & external partners (for example, partner with VITALs team).

  • Partner with internal employees/consultants to build/sustain the innovation center of excellence; this includes promoting human centered design thinking throughout the enterprise and educting and training associates.

  • Co-create internal/external innovation communication with marketing.

  • Identify/sense external partner opportunities and emerging trends

  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Masters's degree in Business Administration/Management or Marketing

  • 3 -5 years of expereince in Research and Development
